General Terms and Conditions The Paint and Sip Party Co.
Reservations are essential. You may make a reservation online via our Website www.paintandsippartyuk.co.uk
Walk-ins are welcome, you may pay when you arrive at the event, however we accept Cash ONLY and there is no guarantee there will be seats available. Please contact us in advance.
Paint and Sip events are reserved for guest who are 16 years old and older.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for enough time to settle in prior to the start of class
Rescheduling and Refund Terms
Registration are strictly non-refundable if within 3 days of the event. Please contact us to reschedule at least 3 days (72 hours) before the purchased event(s). *Applicable for our events only, corporate and private events rules are listed separately (please refer point no.2 below).
There is a £10 charge for cancelling and requesting tickets 7 – 3 days before the date of your chosen class.
7+ days before your chosen event. Tickets can be refunded or transferred at no additional charge.
A £50 deposit booking fee and signed contract must be received 7+ days before your Corporate and/or Private Event(s). The remainder of payment owed is to be paid on the day of the class by either cash, payment link or bank transfer. This is to be agreed by the booking company and Paint and Sip co. Rescheduling event is allowed within 3 months from the date of deposit received.
To reschedule the booked Corporate and/or Private event, we respectfully request at least 1 week (7 days) notice for rescheduling of appointments.

Food and Alcohol Terms
Please check individual event for food/alcohol details. Some of our events come with beverage and/or BYOB (bring your own bottle) may not be allowed.
Guests are expected to drink responsibly.
Guests must be at least 18 to consume alcohol at our event(s). We reserve the right to request ID from any guest drinking alcohol.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product or an event on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to contract with The paint and Sip Co. you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will be The Paint and Sip co or may in some cases be a third party, www.eventbrite.co.uk. Where a contract is made with www.eventbrite.co.uk and Paint and Sip is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and www.eventbrite.co.uk and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
(a) Our Contract When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
(c) Payment upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

The Paint and Sip Party Co. offers a fun and creative way to spend time with friends and family. Our classes are designed as “art as entertainment,” where local artists guide you step-by-step to recreate a featured canvas painting. With over 200 painting options, you can add your personal touches and create a unique masterpiece to take home. No prior painting experience is needed, and our artists provide group instructions and one-on-one tips throughout the class. Join us for an enjoyable and memorable experience!
Acrylic paint does dry fast, however there may be a few areas that are still slightly wet before you leave.
We provide aprons, however we suggest that you wear something that is ok to get paint on, just in case.

No. Unless stated. Most of the venues we use have a licensed bar. The Shipley Art Gallery is BYOB.
To guarantee that we have an available spot for you please make an advanced reservation. Buying a ticket is simple and only takes about 30 secs via our safe ticket site. You can buy a ticket on the door but there is a higher charge and may not be any spaces available.
Yes. We have supplies for up to 100 people. We provide the paint, brushes, aprons, canvas, instruction and image to paint. You can provide the location or work with us to find a location that fits your group's needs. Please contact us for more information and current rates.
We normally use 14" x 11" canvases. For special projects we may use other sizes and will state that in the class description. Check out the options on our CALENDAR!
Yes, the age limit is 14 years old to attend a class that is located at a place that allows minors. If you are under 18 years you will have to be accompanied by an adult. You must be 18 years or older to purchase and consume alcohol.
Yes. We teach private kids parties as well. Ages 7 and older.
A full refund, minus 40% processing fee, is available if cancellation is within 72 hours of class start time. There are no refunds for day of cancellations or no shows. 20% refund is available from 4 or more days before the chosen class.

The Paint and Sip Co. maintains copyright and any other intellectual property in photographs taken and/or in digitised recordings belong to The Paint and Sip Co.
